How can I get the master copy to you?
(1) Mail or courier. Separate the necessary pages and mail them to:

If you require the plans returned please include a self addressed stamped envelope.
(2) Scan the pages and Email them to Ron@RonRenders.com or
(3) If you can get a clear picture with your camera and email that.
(the text has to be readable)
What is the turnaround time?
Your order will be delivered via Email within 5 working days from the date the order was received.
What forms of payment are acceptable?
PayPal (accepts credit cards), or check.
(Note... checks have to clear before work will be started)
Can I get a hard copy of my project?
Yes, I will send a CD and printed copy of your project if requested.
How long do you retain my project in case it's lost?
I back up all my work onto another hard drive and hold indefinitely. Resends are no charge.
New master copies are $25 (on Photo paper)
What if I make changes to the house or notice the plan was wrong?
Please verify your plan before it is sent. If changes are made after completion there is a $50 per hour fee. ($25 1/2 hour minimum)
What program and format will the brochure be made with?
Many times changes can be made to the brochure by someone in your office, small things like
Price changes, Names or contact numbers. These brochures are made in Microsoft Word and are sent in that format.
My pictures need help, how will you help me and at what expense?
I use Adobe Photoshop for picture manipulation. I have been able to remove cars, trees, dirty, stained concrete. I can clean up the yard, and mow the lawn. The cost is $50 per hour, usually a half hour will do the job
